At Healing Heart Harmonies, every session I offer is guided by the sacred and deeply restorative qualities of sound. My work is about creating a safe and nurturing space where you can soften, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
Each experience is unique. You may be held by the tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, or guided through gentle meditation and breathwork. I draw on a range of techniques to meet you exactly where you are, so that you leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more at peace.
I specialise in supporting people who are carrying stress, anxiety, or trauma, offering sound as a pathway to calm and clarity. My focus is on helping you restore balance in your body and nervous system, with particular attention to opening, clearing, and activating the heart chakra so you can move forward with greater ease and confidence.
Most of all, I bring compassion, intuition, and presence. You don’t have to do or be anything here. Simply arrive as you are, and allow the sound to do its gentle work.

My path to sound healing began with my own experiences of trauma and transformation. Over many years I walked through challenges that reshaped me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Each step taught me that healing is not only about recovery. It is also about growth, awakening, and reconnecting with the deeper art of being whole.
I know those lessons were part of my soul’s purpose. They guided me here so that I could hold space for others.
Today my heart is open and my calling is clear. I share the gift of sound so that we can all rise into a higher vibration and embrace our fullest potential.
At Healing Heart Harmonies I offer a sanctuary where sound, intuitive energy, and gentle touch come together to create profound healing. I support you on every level of body, mind, heart, and spirit.
