Cancellation Policy
Our policy for appointments is to ensure the smooth operation of our sessions and to respect the time of both clients and therapists: 1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your session. 2. Credit Card Information: In order to confirm your booking, we will require your credit card information at the time of booking. This is to facilitate the deposit and any potential cancellation fees. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, which will be charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a respectful and efficient service to all clients. Thank you for your support!
